About Us

We are based in the North East and cover Northumberland, Tyne and Wear and County Durham. We offer free delivery within a 20 mile radius of NE40. Any additional mileage is charged at the standard rate of 45p per mile. 

We will co-ordinate with the venue when we can deliver and collect. Generally, we will deliver the day before or the morning of your event and collect the following morning. This ensures you get the full use of the games. 

Of course we hope you don't have to cancel and we will do our best to help you should your event be postponed. Our bookings require a 50% deposit to secure the date. For any cancellations made within 30 days of the event date, we will require the full balance to be paid.
